　　Um, this is a difficult question … well … I remember when I was in primary school, we had a class called “Health”. I'm not sure whether this kind of class exits in every other school, but it definitely sounds like a good idea, right?

　　In this class, teachers can instill the importance of partaking in regular exercise and eating a healthy diet into students, so children will be more likely to go out and about, take part in physical exercise and also … um … if they learn, for example, eating too much red meat has an adverse effect on their health, they will most likely go back home and tell their parents to cook less of it and more of other things.

　　So yeah, I can't think of other things right now, but having a health class is absolutely a feasible idea.
