　　我们都知道“除了…”可以说in addition to …， besides …其实还有一个比较特殊比较地道的表达：on top of …。

　　e.g. He gets commission on top of his salary.

　　commision 佣金

　　e.g. On top of being dull, she's unfriendly.

　　dull 无聊的

　　on top of that还可以表示“另外”，等于in addition。

　　e.g. She is extremely dull. On top of that, she's unfriendly.

　　e.g. I've been having a lot of work lately. On top of that, my uncle asked me to take care of his son in the evenings.
