1.I'd like to talk about a beautiful penthouse apartment that i want to live in the future.It's on the top floor of a fancy apartment building located on the east bank of huang pu river across the Bund.I've been there once.I was in love with it at the first sight.
2.It's like 250 square meters,which includes a large living room,2 bedrooms,a study room and a gym room.It’s large enough for me and my family.What i love the most is its huge balcony where i can see the Bund.The view's breathtaking!
3. As to when i want to live there?Can i say sooner the better?I can't wait to live there.But the fact is my saving is just enough to buy a kitchen there.Anyway,if i could afford the cost to live there,I will invite my parents to live with me.They deserve the best things in the world.
4.I want to live there because it's the best apartment that you can find here.At night,the views are amazing.
Besides,It's a good investment,since the property price in Shang Hai is going up every year.Actually,investing your life saving in real estate is a smart choice.
