Why are some people always late?
Off the top of my head, it’s either because they’re not well-educated or due to the fact that they’re not respectful of the people they’re meeting. Less educated people are not aware of many social norms and therefore, they don’t see the gravity of being late. One of my relatives is such a person. He was brought up poorly and didn’t get enough schooling and he’s seldom on time when he goes somewhere.
