 question和problem两者的区别：

1.question 多指需要“解答”的问题

answer the question

problem多指客观存在的比较难解决的问题 

The air pollution in large cities is a serious problem.

health/family problems

tackle/address a problem

2.question 可以表示“与一件事相关”

It is a question of time.

problem可以用于数学或者物理的难题（逻辑题，数学题）, question 则不行
