1.I'd like to talk about my first year in Britain which is the hardest period of time in my life.I went Hereford high school when I was 17 years old.It's not my decision.My parents decided it for me.Anyway,It's a long story.
2.I thought I would be all right.But at the airport,after my parents left,I started to worry about my life in Britain.I had no idea what's waiting for me.About 13 hours later,I arrived at London.There's a school bus waiting for me and other international students.Hereford is a beautiful place.It has lovely views.However,i was lost in my thought.
3.That's the first time I left home for another country by myself.Everything's new to me,the land,the weather,the people.I was excited and scared.The first few weeks were hard.i didn't have any friends and couldn't accept local food. As a matter of fact,i didn't know how to fit into the new environment and my English was so poor that i just could manage to have some easy conversation with locals.The loneness was detroying me inside.There's a time that i just wanted to go back home.
4.After a few months' struggling,I got used to the new life style.Fried fish's not that bad.Now,I have many local friends and my teachers like me very much.Life's treating me very well.I become more confident while talking with locals.I believe my life in Britain will be better in the future.
