Describe an important invention You should say: What it is? How it changed world? How people use it?/Why it's popular? How you felt about it and explain why?
1.I'd like to talk about alipay,which is the one of the brightest inventions.It's a popular online payment service launched by Alibaba group.According to some reports that I read not so long ago,now it has more than 400 million users in china.It may sound a bit exaggerating,but it's true.
2.Besides helping you pay bills,it offers some other services,including:hotel booking,online financial management,taxi service etc.recently,it adds some new functions.I heard that you can even use it to rent a bicycle.
3.As to why it's popular.Well,I've thought about it.I believe the main reason is it provides a convenient way for everyone to buy things.Nowadays,people no longer need to bring lots of cash with them.A smartphone and alipay are what they need.It's quite cool,isn't it?
4.I've been talking about all the good things that come with it.Now I'll tell you something that I don’t like about it,which is nowadays I lose track of how much money I spend.Because I don’t use cash anymore.You know,there’s no sense of guilt when you hand over your phone to buy things.
