Did you do a lot of housework when you were a child?

Well, I don't think I did a lot, but I did do some. I began to help around the house when I was 5 or 6, to earn a little pocket money actually, because my mom promised to give me one yuan for sweeping the floor and scrubbing the window. My favorite item in our house was the duster, because I would be given three yuan for dusting off the table. I still have no idea why that was worth more money
