Part2 Describe an interesting neighbour
Part3: Now, I'd like to ask you some questions about neighbours.
考官：In what ways can neighbours help each other?
考生：观点：I’d say they can help each other in all manner of ways. 举例支持：For example, babysitting, looking after a pet while you’re away, um, what else, um, oh yeah, keeping a spare house key for emergencies, you know, stuff like that.

考官：What sorts of problems can people have with their neighbours?
考生：第一观点：Well I guess one of the main ones would be noise. 举例支持第一观点：You know, like putting on music too loud or having the TV on full volume,that kind of thing. So that’s probably the biggest complaint that people have with their neighbours. 第二观点：And as well as this, I suppose another problematic issue could be pets, 解释第二观点：because a lot of neighbours who have them don’t put their dogs on a lead when they’re walking them, which I think is quite inconsiderate, seeing as a lot of people are quite scared of dogs.

考生：：观点：I’d say it’s changed a lot, and probably the main change has been that nowadays, people don’t really see their neighbours all that often, 对比：whereas in the past, they used to do quite a lot of things together. 举例支持：For example, people would often have their neighbours over for lunch or dinner, which doesn’t really happen that much anymore.
