1.I'd like to talk about a disgusting dish I had not so long ago.It's called black pudding.I had it at a small restaurant in Edinburgh,which is the biggest city in Scotland.The strange taste and weird ingredients left me a deep impression.No offense,but i can't accept it.It made my stomach turn.Let me tell you about this experience. 

2.I was in Edinburgh with my mom for a vacation.One day,we went to a local restaurant.We asked a waitress for recommendation.She suggested that Ishould try the daily special,which is black pudding.I hadn't heared about it before.I thought it's probably a kind of dessert.you know,based on the picture on the menu,it looked like a chocolate browning.So i ordered one.

3.Later,I realized that's a mistake.The plate was put right in front of me.The pudding's sliced into pieces.It’s black,with some white spots.I had no idea what it was.I took a piece,then I found the taste’s a bit weird.I felt like chewing some animal guts.So I called the waitress over,and asked about what they put in it.She told me plainly that it’s made of animal guts,flour and blood,like it's a not big deal.As I listened to it,I felt sick,like i just cut an animal in half and pull out its guts and swallow them like some savage.

4.As i said,I can't accept it.First of all,I'm not a fan of animal guts.That’s disgusting.I could imagine how they smashed those kidneys and livers and mixed them up with blood and flour.Don't you think that's a bit horrifiying.The taste is totally unacceptable.So i didn’t finish that plate.I can't imagine some people eat it for breakfast.
