考官： Describe a course you want to learn.
考生：Ok, a course I would like to learn is Spanish. It's used not only in Spain, but also in many other countries. And I believe it is one of the most widely-used languages in the world. So, it's a language that is definitely worth knowing. Also, Spanish culture is becoming more and more influential internationally. It is influencing music and art as well. Anyway, I think it's a handy language to know. I wish I could learn it this winter holiday in a Spanish language school in Beijing because I could devote much of my time and energy into learning it by making a good use of this period. And the Spanish language school must offer some excellent crash courses that could help me master a langauge in a short time. And finally, why I want to learn it. Well, if I could speak Spanish, I would use it primarily when going on a holiday in Spain or other Latin American countries. I've been to Spain before and I always find that if you go off the beaten track, it's difficult to find people who speak English. You get very good at speaking with your hands, but it's difficult to really engage with local people and understand the culture if you don't speak the language. So speaking Spanish would undoubtedly make my holidays a lot easier and more enjoyable. On top of that, I also enjoy the exposure to a new culture. It would be so exciting to pick up a new language for me.
