mercurial 多变的
e.g. The weather is quite mercurial in my hometown.
distinct seasons 四季分明
e.g. We have very distinct seasons here. The summer's super hot and the winter is extremely cold with a lot of snow.
beat the heat 消暑
e.g. I often go to the beach in the summer in order to beat the heat.
bitterly cold 非常寒冷的
e.g. It's bitterly cold in the winter. Sometimes the temperature gets as low as minus 30 degrees Celsius.
not agree with me 使我难受、不合适
e.g. The climate doesn't agree with me, so I plan to move somewhere warmer in the future.
