解析：

这个问题的难度是较高的。同学们的思路汇局限在好空气，有地方可以玩等。但是局限于词汇量，根本没有办法地道的表达。

两个观点：

1. 公园对健康的重要性（请注意我给出的一系列的词伙）。

2. 公园可以带来的经济上的促进。

People value the time they spend in city parks, whether walking a dog, or having a picnic. Along with these expected leisure activities , parks can also provide measurable health benefits, from providing direct contact with nature and a cleaner environment, to opportunities for physical activity and social interaction.

2. Parks also bring economic development .

They bring a lot of positive economic benefits. They enhance property values, increase municipal revenue, bring in homebuyers and workers .
