10.29的大陆雅思Task2题目：It is good for people of senior management positions to have very much higher salaries than other workers in the same company or organisation. To what extend do you agree or disagree.
思路一：完全赞同
1.改写原题 + I totally agree with this opinion.
2.理由1：Supervisors or directors contribute more to the success of a company.
3.理由2：Higher earnings of senior employees fuel their commitment to work.
4.理由3：Income disparity stimulates ordinary employees to work harder for promotion.
5.In conclusion, I believe that there must be a gap between financial rewards of staffs.
思路二：完全不赞同
1.改写原题 + I completely disagree with this opinion.
2.理由1：极大的收入差距会导致普通员工的不满，失去工作热情。
3.理由2：管理层的高薪水会增加公司的负担，没有资金去研发新产品。（这一点绝对是跑题的）
4.理由3：实在编不出来了。
5.In conclusion, 我不赞同管理层的收入比普通员工高很多。
思路三：不赞同（虽然……但是……）
1.在很多公司，管理层的收入都非常的高。不可否认他们应该得到更高的工资，但是我不赞同员工之间的收入差距太大。
2.一方面，不可否认supervisors or directors contribute more to the success of a company。除此以外，higher earnings of senior employees fuel their commitment to work.
3.However, 过大的收入差距会带来负面影响。这会导致普通员工的不满，失去工作热情。
4.In conclusion, 我承认收入差距是合理的，但是这个差距不应该太大。每个员工的收入不应该太多取决于职位而应该参考他所能为公司带来的贡献。
