　　Well, I'd like to talk about an interesting subject I learnt at school. It was an optional module about cocktail making during summer vacation. How exciting, isn't it?

　　Our teacher was the one who got working background as a bartender before. He was not only knowledgeable about different sorts of alcohol but also quite creative. He invented some fantastic cocktails, which 'wowed' every single one in our classroom.

　　It took us only two weeks to finish the whole course, including both theoretical part and practical session.

　　I found it pretty entertaining because this subject involved a variety of knowledge about alcohol. For instance, Tia Maria is Jamaican rum base with coffee flavor. On top of that, even though every one of us was offered a cocktail guide, as precisely as how many ice cubes you were supposed to put into a glass, we still managed some experiments and achieved unexpected results. One thing I still remembered clearly was that it was written on the guide to mix soda water and two sachets of white sugar to make a mojito. However, after a couple of trials we found out that it surprisingly went way better with diet seven-up instead of soda and sugar.

　　Last but not the least, if alcohol is not your jam, we even learnt how to make mocktails like Virgin Mary to make sure everyone was happy and got fun.
