  11. get some sleep 睡一会 I need to get some sleep.


  12. lack of sleep 缺觉 Anxiety can be caused by lack of sleep.


  13. go to sleep 发麻 After sitting down for a long while, my legs went to sleep.


  14. lose no sleep over something 不必操心 It's not worth losing sleep over.


  15. jet lag 时差综合症 Most people suffer from jet lag after a long flight journey.
