e.g. Before I begin to eat my breakfast, I switch on the TV and try to catch up with the recent news. 

jump in the shower 去洗澡

e.g. I jump in the shower every day at 7:30, not a minute earlier, not a minute later. 

jump in my car 上车（准备开车去某地）

e.g. After I get everything ready, I just jump in my car and go to work.
