Whether the new parents should attend parenting courses?

While some have praise the move, others see it as patronizing and argue that resource should be focused elsewhere.

I think this is an excellent idea, as an awful lot of parents seem ill equipped to the challenge of raising a child.

Through parenting courses, parents are able to learn how to feed their babies and young children, how to prepare bottles and signs for colic(腹绞痛),how to bath baby, how to instill boundaries to children's behaviour and how to say "no" to a child. Besides, knowledge about infant first aid, baby message and language, speech development as well as diet and nutrition would particularly benefit them. However, there are many useful apps and books there on what is good to feed baby, which seems to me that attending parenting courses is not compulsory but an option for new parents.
